OWNER - BETSY WENTZ

Betsy learned about design at a young age alongside her mother,who had an interior design shop above the family's carriage house.

Betsy later earned a master's degree and worked in mental health counseling. In 2011, she blended her experience and education, establishing her own full-service interior design firm. In 2016, she added Studio B, a 3,000 sq ft. design showroom.

In 2023, Betsy published her first book, DESIGN HAPPY with Gibbs Smith, sharing 12 family homes filled with exciting mixes of color and pattern.

Betsy is a member of the Design Leadership Network, a 2020 Kip’s Bay Palm Beach Showhouse and 2019 Hampton’s Showhouse Designer. She is also a recipient of Pittsburgh Magazine’s Best Overall Design, Best Renovation, and Best Outdoor Space. Her work has been featured in Modern Luxury Palm Beach, House Beautiful, Traditional Home, VERANDA, and Elle Décor among others. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has clients throughout Pittsburgh, as well as, New York, California, Chicago, Florida, Maine, Ohio and Alabama.
